2. The 10-Day Confidence Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work and want you to love your nails long after you leave the salon.
If your gel manicure, acrylic set, or dip powder experiences any unexpected chipping, cracking, or lifting within 10 days of your appointment, we will fix it free of charge with a complimentary, like-for-like repair.
Please note that this guarantee only covers product performance under normal wear. It does not cover regular nail polish, color change services, accidental major trauma, picking, biting, or damage caused by outside factors.
Additionally, all services are final with no refunds, and the guarantee is void if you choose to have your nails fixed at another salon.
If you are experiencing issues but cannot physically make it into the salon for an appointment before your 10-day mark, please text us within the 10 days so we can log your request and assist you.
Please note that all services are final, and we do not issue refunds. Once a service is completed, no monetary refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
